Sanitary Permit needed if municipal sewer not available
Municipal sewer, water, grading and graveling of roads necessary before permit issuance

2 continuous #4 reinforcing rods
or design per structural analysis
601 sq. ft – 1000 sq. ft.:     footing of 16”  wide and 12” deep
4 continuous #4 reinforcing rods
or design per structural analysis
Over 1000 sq. ft.:   shall be designed per structural analysis
