2 Sets of Building Plans and 1 Site Plan Showing Setbacks
Plumbing, Electrical, Heating layouts along with wall bracing on building plans
Estimate of Total Building Costs
Type of Foundation and Heating System – (include load calculations)
Energy Work Sheets (Heat loss calculations-Usually provided by Heating Contractor)

Minimum setback from Road: 83’ from center of road or 50’ from edge of ROW, whichever is greater
Minimum setback from all other property lines: 20 feet
